PushOwl Integration - Loyalty

Exciting news! We've integrated with PushOwl to send personalized web push notifications for your Birthday and Earning Loyalty events. This integration is available with our Advanced Loyalty plan.

Here's how to activate it (both apps installed required):

1. Go to your Loyalty panel > Integrations
2. Find PushOwl and toggle the integration on. Click Save
3. Click the Connect to PushOwl button to complete the setup

Note: push notifications are sent after email notifications, so make sure Points Earned and Birthday email notifications are also enabled in Loyalty Program > Emails

Once enabled, customize your notifications using the settings on the right. You can:

• Build notifications with common variables
• Customize messages for each language in your store (Translation settings)
